بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله الطيبين الطاهرين وصحبة الميامين 

يسر حملة الغري للحج والعمرة أن تتقدم إليكم بأسمى آيات التهاني والتمنيات لكم بحج مبرور وذنب مغفور بإذن الله تعالى. 

نعتز دائما بزيارتكم لموقعنا هذا ونكون في غاية السرور والإمتنان إذا وقع اختياركم علينا لنقوم بخدمتكم سواء في برامج الحج

أو العمرة إذ إننا نذرنا أنفسنا لنيل شرف خدمة حجاج ومعتمري بيت الله الحرام وزوار المسجد النبوي الشريف.

 تأسست حملة الغري سنة 2004 في استراليا وتتمتع حملة الغري بخبرة  ادارية كبيرة الذي جعل منها على الرغم من حداثت تاسيسها مقارنة ببعض الحملات التي لها باع طويل في هذا المجال ان تكون واحده من ابرز الحملات في الجانب الاداري والتنظيمي و الخدماتي بشئون الحج والحجاج.

. بالفكر والعزيمة والتعاون البناء والتخطيط السليم بغرض شرف خدمة الحاج والمعتمر لنيل رضا الله سبحانه وتعالى حصلت من اول رحلة لها على امتنان جميع الحجاج 

. يعمل بالحملة إدارة واعية متمكنه ذات مراس طويل في  هذا المجال ويتوافر ادارة خاصة ووعاظ دينيين وأدلاء وأطباء على أعلى مستوى من الخبرة في خدمة الحاج والمعتمر

. استخراج تأشيرات الحج والعمرة

 . حجز الفنادق والمساكن لجميع المستويات بكل من مكة والمدينة

. عمل زيارات للاماكن المقدسة بكل من مكة والمدينة

 . حجز تذاكر السفر وتاكيدها ذهابا وايابا

 . وسيلة نقل للحجاج  لنقلهم من السكن والى الحرم وبالعكس

 . توفير المخيمات في منى وعرفات لجميع الحجاج والطعام حسب البرامج المقدمة

 . مصاحبة الافواج من بداية السفر حتى العودة 

 . توفير الطاقم الادارى والفنى والوعظ والارشاد الدينى والخدمات الطبيه أثناء الرحلات 

 

شروط إستخراج تاشيرة حج او عمرة

    جواز السفر الاصلى + صورة منه 

 عدد 4 صور شخصية مقاس  4 * 6 ملونة  

 شهادة طبيه  تبين انه اخذ جميع القاحات اللازمة 

 تعبة النموذج الخاص بطلب تاشيرة _ خاص بالحملة  

 التقدم والحجز قبل وقت كافي يسمح بعمل المطلوب لانهاء التاشيرة مع التزام الحملة بكل المواعيد النهائية التى تعطيها السفارة او وزارة الحج السعودية  

 ان يكون الجواز ساري المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن 6 اشهر  

 دفع مبلغ كدفعة مقدمة من تكاليف رحلة الحج او العمرة  

  اذا كان تاريخ اصدار الجواز جديدا الرجاء ارفاق الجواز القديم معه في حال من يحمل جواز ليس استرالي

شروط الالتحاق 

 تسديد رسوم الالتحاق  

 تلتزم الحملة فقط بحجوزات السفر والعوده الصادرة عن طريقها  

 مواعيد السفر المذكورة في طلب الالتحاق خاضعة لتعديل من الشركة الناقلة وسوف يتم اشعاركم بذالك فور علمنا باى تغيير  

 يتحمل الحاج مسؤليه نقلة من بيتة والى المطار وبالعكس 

 الالتزام بجداول وانظمة الحملة والبرامج الاخري  

 الالتزام باماكن السكن  

 المحافظة على ممتلكات الحملة وعدم التصرف فيها  

 الحملة تخلى مسؤوليتها من نتائج الاعمال الفردية المخلة بالمصلحة  العامة  

 على الحاج ان يقدر الظروف التى تواجه الحملة

 السكن فى المدينة المنورة في فندق خمس نجوم والاكل فيه عبر بوفيه مفتوح 

 السكن فى مكة في بنايه ديلوكس في منظقة العزيزيه والاكل كذلك بوفية مفتوح 

 النقل من السكن والى الحرم في مكة المكرمة بباصات حديثة ومكيفة  

 توفر الحملة في منى وعرفات اماكن مفروشة ومريحة ومكيفة داخل الحدود الشرعية لها مع ضيافة كاملة  

توفر الحملة طبيب خاص يسهر على راحة الحجاج ويوفر لهم الرعاية الصحية اللازمة 

  تقوم الحملة بترتيب زيارات الى الاماكن المقدسة فى المدينة المنورة ومكة المنورة

1. Algarry campaign was established in 2004 in Australia, The campaign shows great deal of experience in the operational side and in catering the needs of its pilgrimages.

Despite our short history compared with those who have been operating in this area for long years but with the unique operational, coordination and the services concerning pilgrimage and pilgrims, our entity becomes one of the top leading companies.

  1. Obtaining visas for Hajj and Umra
  2. Reservations of top class Hotels and apartments in Mecca & Medina
  3. Organizing visits to the sacred tombs in both Mecca & Medina
  4. Reserving and confirming air tickets for departure and return.
  5. Providing air conditioned vehicles to transport the pilgrims from their residence to the holy sight and to carry them back
  6. Providing high standards camping services and tents in Mona and Arafat along with Three meals to all pilgrims
  7. Escorting the groups from the very beginning until their return
  8. Offering comprehensive service include; coordination, technical, religious breaching and advising and medical services.

 

·        Requirements of Hajj & Umra visa

  1. Original valid passport+ Photo copy of the passport
  2. 4 colored current passport photos (4cmx6cm)
  3. Medical certificate confirming the completion of all relevant tests and vaccinations
  4. Completing the visa application form-specific for the campaign-
  5. Paying a deposit as part of the final cost
  6. The passport should has at lest 6 month validity from the expiry due date
  7. Applicants should allow adequate time to unable the campaign to process their visas while its the management responsibility to meet all deadlines given by the Saudi embassy and the Saudi ministry of Hajj
  8. If you bear a newly issued Australian passport, please enclose your previous one.

·        Joining conditions

  1. Paying the proposed full fee on the due date
  2.  Lifting the passengers from their home to the Airport and backward  are individuals responsibility
  3. Flight schedules could be subject to some minor amendments by the aviation company, all members will be notified as soon as we learn about such changes.
  4. The campaign shows no responsibility towards flight schedules reserved via another travel agencies or different campaigns.
  5. Complying with time tables, rules and proposed programs of the campaign
  6. Residing  at the designated accommodations
  7. Conserving the properties of the campaign
  8. The Campaign held no responsibility towards any misconduct by individual pilgrims
  9. Personal should appreciate any unforeseen circumstances that might exist
